Registration
The registration form for the Tbilisi symposium is now available here:
- Early registration deadline: 15 August 2011.
- Late registration deadline: 1 September 2011.
Payment is to be done in cash upon arrival.
- Regular participants: 100 EUR
- Students: 50 EUR
- Invited speakers: 0 EUR
Accommodation
At the moment the local OC is still negotiating a definite price with the hotel. The amounts on the registration form for accommodation are an indication. Once enough people register, we will be able to determine the actual prices and we will notify the participants.

Transportation
The OC will arrange busses to transport all participants from Tbilisi to Kutaisi and back.
