The poster presenters are expected to display their posters from the morning of the second day, and to be available to discuss their poster at least for the duration of the poster session. After the poster session, the posters can remain on display until the end of the conference, so as to maximize their exposure and your chance to get inputs on them.
Authors may wish to put their photo on or beside their poster. This will allow delegates who have seen the poster when you are not there (e.g., during a break) to find you and discuss your work.
For the sake of uniformity, we strongly recommend that all posters will be of size A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm, 33.1 × 46.8 in), and vertical (longer height than width). However, if for some reason it is important that your poster be horizontal (i.e., landscape), this is of course allowed.
