Here you find information for registration. The registration fee for AC'05 is € 165,-. For students and speakers there is a reduced fee of € 125,-. Although we prefer cash payment at arrival, it is possible to pay in advance by creditcard (only VISA) through our secure server. This is different from other years but has to do with universities policy. Registration for AC'05 has closed .AccommodationIt is possible to book a hotel at university discount rates. Depending on availability we can book you a room in one of the following hotels situated close to the venue of the event: 1) The NH Tropen hotel (formerly the Tulip Inn) is a three-star hotel located on the Linnaeusstraat 2C, next to the Oosterpark and the Royal Tropical Institute, and close to the shopping district and Dappermarkt, which opens every day. The Waterloo Square, Artis Zoo and Hortus Botanicus are within walking distance, as is the AC05 conference site. University price for a single room is € 95 (breakfast not included) Please book this hotel by filling out the registrationform. However, please note that only reservations which are made before the specified deadline and which are guaranteed by a credit card number can be settled. Deadline for booking is December 5, 2005. 2) We also have some rooms available in Hotel Asterisk*, which is a small and friendly hotel situated in the city center (near the institute). This hotel is located on Den Textraat 16, a quiet street in the heart of Amsterdam, just a two minute stroll from a wide choice of restaurants and bars, and within easy walking distance of Amsterdam's main attractions-such as the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum and the Floating Flower Market. The buzzing nightlife of the Rembrandtplein and the Leidseplein are also close at hand. Alternatively, numerous tram lines around the corner from the hotel will take you anywhere in the city.
