The registration form for the Tbilisi symposium is now available here.
- Early registration deadline: 15 August 2009.
- Late registration deadline: 1 September 2009.
Payment is to be done in cash upon arrival.
Accommodation
At the moment the local OC is still negotiating a definite price with the
hotel. The amounts below are an indication and will probably be lower. Once
enough people register and tell us about their preferences, the actual prices
will become available and we will notify the participants.
All rooms include three meals a day.
Twin room 50 EUR (single use)
Twin room 60 EUR (double use, so 30 EUR per person, 2 single beds)
Triple room 70 EUR (price per room)
Suite 70 EUR (price per room)
Student/budget 15 EUR (shared room/facilities in a nearby hotel)

Transportation
The OC will arrange busses to transport all participants from Tbilisi to Bakuriani and back. All participants will be picked up from the airport by a member of OC, no matter what the arrival time is.
