How to get there and away
The best way to plan your trip from Schiphol airport to Egmond aan Zee is by using the website https://9292.nl/en. One way to get there is to
- Take an NS sprinter direction to Hoorn Kersenboogerd leaving from platform 1-2 and change at station Amsterdam Sloterdijk;
- At Amsterdam Slotedijk take the intercity service with direction to Schagen which departs from platform 3;
- Get out at station Castricum;
- At Castricum take Bus 164 which will take you all the way to Egmond aan Zee.
- NOTE: do check the 9292.nl website, as bus 164 might not run on the Thursday of the summerschool!
