| Call for PapersThe Association for Logic in India announces a satellite conference on Mathematical Logic and Set Theory on the occasion of the International Congress of Mathematicians (ICM 2010), in Hyderabad, India. The satellite event will itself be held in Chennai, co-hosted by the Institute of Mathematical Sciences and the Chennai Mathematical Institute. The scope of the intended meeting is all of mathematical logic, including its areas of application (theoretical computer science, algebraic logic and others). Keynote Speakers: Joan Bagaria, ICREA & Universitat de Barcelona, Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, Rob Goldblatt, Victoria University of Wellington Wellington, New Zealand, Menachem Magidor, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Jerusalem, Israel, Justin T. Moore, Cornell University, Ithaca NY, USA, Andre Nies, University of Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand, Kobi Peterzil, University of Haifa, Haifa, Israel, Anand Pillay, University of Leeds, Leeds, UK, Theodore A. Slaman, University of California, Berkeley CA, USA, Sergei Starchenko, University of Notre Dame South Bend IN, USA, Wolfgang Thomas, RWTH Aachen, Germany, W. Hugh Woodin, University of California, Berkeley CA, USA. We invite all researchers in all areas of logic to attend the conference and submit an abstract for a contributed talk. Abstracts should be 1 to 5 pages in length, and should clarify the main contributions being presented. Presentations can be on any areas of set theory and logic, and their applications in computer science and other areas. Submissions should be made via the Easychair system, logging in as Author to Conference registration details will be available from April 1, 2010 from the conference page. We are offering a small number of partial subsidies for junior researchers. More information on this can be found at our subsidy page. Important Dates:
